Remembering The Village

Doula Services

Meet your doula…

A woman with long, wavy hair standing outdoors in front of a tree, illuminated by warm sunlight during autumn.

My job as a doula is to be your sister who walks this path with you, no matter where it takes us. My goal is to create a feeling of safety so that you can fully surrender into the waves that birth can bring us on.

When I’m not being a doula, I love spending time with my family, being outside and admiring the earth, dancing and doing some sort of visual art. I also love learning about ancestral arts such as hide tanning, foraging, or what our ancestors would have been doing when we were more connected to the rhythms of the earth.

Welcome! I’m so glad you’re here.

My Name is Tona, and I am passionate about the sacred rhythms of pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. I have always been drawn to the path of supporting women and birth, and when the idea of a doula was introduced to me many years ago, I knew that it was my calling. There is nothing that lights me up more than being in the birth space with a woman and holding her through this beautiful, raw and powerful initiation. As your doula, I tend to you as a sister, a friend, a mother and a space holder. My mission is to hold you like the village would have held us all.
